Many wines sell out on release, particularly the Premium and Reserve wines. Please check the order form, which is updated regularly, for details on available wines. Due to the small volumes available stock changes quickly, and we look to supplement available wines with occasional special releases of museum wines from our own cellar. We will confirm your order as soon as possible after receipt, however please do not hesitate to call Tanya or David if you have any questions.

Our cellar door is normally open only by appointment. Please call us on 03 5964 6689 if you wish to organise a visit, and your friends and guests are welcome. Typically, appointments for tastings (which can include barrel samples and ferment samples, depending on the time of year) are scheduled for late on Saturday mornings for logistical reasons, however if you would prefer a different date/time please ask. We will endeavour to accommodate where possible.

We also open for one major tasting day each year. This year the Hillcrest Annual Open Day is on Saturday, 22 May 2010 from 11am - 5pm.  We always have available a special tasting of every back-vintage wine (dating back to 2000) on this day, and this year, for something different and to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Hillcrest, we thought we would make this year's event extra special by opening all our back-vintage wines from magnum (in a few cases these don't exist, but we have most wines in larger format). We hope you can make it out.
