Many wines sell out on release, particularly the Premium and Reserve wines. Please check the order form, which is updated regularly, for details on available wines. Due to the small volumes available stock changes quickly, and we look to supplement available wines with occasional special releases of museum wines from our own cellar. We will confirm your order as soon as possible after receipt, however please do not hesitate to call Tanya or David if you have any questions.

Our cellar door is open once a year or otherwise by appointment. Typically appointments for tastings (which can include barrel samples and ferment samples, depending on the time of year) are scheduled for Saturday monrings for logistical reasons, however if you would prefer a different date/time please ask. We will endeavour to accommodate where possible.
This year the cellar door Annual Open Day is on Saturday, 19 July 2008 from 10am - 4pm, which is shortly after the release of our 2006 vintage red wines. We will also have available a special tasting of all Hillcrest wines ever produced on this day, as a special treat for our customers and their guests. Pre-ordered wine can be collected on the day.
